Frank Washington

Frank Washington is the Chairman/CEO of Tower of Babel LLC, which owns KBTV-CA, channel 8 in Sacramento. Mr. Washington also has significant ownership interests in two other broadcast television operations, KBCB in Bellingham, Washington and WHTV in Lansing, Michigan, as well as in Quantum Communications LLC, a broadcast radio group with 35 stations.

Rick Fowler is President and CEO of The Community College Foundation, a national nonprofit corporation committed to improving communities through education. He recently completed three terms on the Sacramento County Project Planning Commission, which he had chaired for almost two years. Rick has been a board member of the CalChamber for more than 13 years, which included his serving on the executive committee and chairing the Workers Compensation Committee of that organization through the critical legislative reform period. He serves on the CalChamber Fundraising Committee, and has served on the executive committee of the board of the MetroChamber, as well as having chaired several other key board committees.

Robert Aguallo is currently the Managing Partner of The Cardinal Americas Fund, a $150 million private equity fund. Prior to this, he was the General Manager of the Los Angeles City Employees' Retirement System, overseeing the management of $10.5 billion in trust fund assets and the administration of benefits for its 40,000 members. Mr. Aguallo was associated with California state government for more than 28 years, 18 years in executive appointments.

Mr. Claussen has been involved in public affairs for more than 30 years, beginning his career as a staff member to Idaho Senator Frank Church. Mr. Claussen has managed many of the firm's major ballot issues and public affairs campaigns on behalf of high-tech and venture capital firms, insurers, education reform supporters, taxpayer and business groups, and tort reform groups.

Kirk Dowdell, Chief Executive Officer, has over 21 years of banking experience most recently as President and Chief Executive Officer of Western Sierra National Bank ("WSNB"); Executive Vice President and Chief Banking Officer of Western Sierra Bancorp ("WSBA"), a bank holding company with four banking subsidiaries. WSBA was acquired by Umpqua Holdings ("UMPQ") in June 2006 for approximately $350 million dollars. He also held the positions of Chief Credit Officer and Chief Operating Officer during his nine-year tenure at WSBA. During his tenure at WSNB, the Independent Community Bankers Association ranked it as a "Top 20" bank, nationally, for both ROE and ROA, from 2003 to 2006.

Patricia Fong Kushida is the President/CEO of the Sacramento Asian-Pacific Chamber of Commerce, joining the organization as Executive Director in 1998, and moving to her current position in 2002.

Prior to joining SACC Ms. Fong Kushida was a highly successful executive in merchandise management. Most recently, as a senior buyer for Federated Department Stores, Macy's division, she was responsible for a select group of businesses with annual sales of $14 million.

Brice Harris

Brice Harris is Chancellor of the Los Rios Community College District in Sacramento, California. Los Rios is one of the largest multi-college districts in America and covers more than 2,400 square miles of central California. The district includes American River, Cosumnes River, Folsom Lake, and Sacramento City colleges, and currently enrolls nearly 80,000 students each semester.

Mr. Harris previously served as the President of Fresno City College, and as a faculty member and Vice Chancellor in the Kansas City, Missouri community college system.

William Hauck
William Hauck

William Hauck is the President and CEO of the California Business Roundtable. In that capacity, Mr. Hauck is responsible for all operations of the organization. The Roundtable is headquartered in Sacramento and is composed of the chief executive and senior operating officers of major corporations doing business in the state.

The organization's mission is to provide policy leadership at the state level regarding the maintenance of a sound economy and business climate in California. Mr. Hauck has served in this capacity since November of 1996.

Robert Kittredge

Robert Kittredge retired in 2004 as a partner in PricewaterhouseCoopers after 35 years. Mr. Kittredge spent the majority of his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Sacramento, where he served as the Office Managing Partner from 1989 to 2004.

Mr. Kittredge was an assurance partner from 1979 to 2004, serving clients in a variety of industries including manufacturing, distribution, retail, technology, financial institutions, healthcare, and others. His experience included not only auditing but also securities registrations and initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and public debt offerings.

Donna Lucas is a public affairs strategist, and a recognized expert in media relations and political affairs. In 2006, she founded Lucas Public Affairs, after serving as a high-level staff member and advisor in Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger's administration. While working in the Governor's Office, she served as Deputy chief of Staff for strategic planning and initiatives for Governor Schwarzenegger and Chief of Staff to First Lady Maria Shriver from December 2004 to January 2006.

Mr. Malone was Senior Vice President, Builder Services Group Manager at Umpqua Bank in Folsom, California from June 2006 to December 2006. Mr. Malone was responsible for the management and integration of the real estate lending group during the merger between Umpqua Bank and Western Sierra Bank.

Allan Zaremberg
Allan Zaremberg

Allan Zaremberg currently serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of the California Chamber of Commerce. He took over the top staff position in 1998 after six years as Executive Vice President and head of the California Chamber of Commerce's legislative advocacy program.

He also serves on a number of public policy boards and commissions geared toward improving the California economy, as well as the boards of the California Children's Theater and the California Museum for History, Women and the Arts.
