Kirk Dowdell

Kirk Dowdell has over 21 years of banking experience, most recently as President and Chief Executive Officer of Western Sierra National Bank ("WSNB"); Executive Vice President and Chief Banking Officer of Western Sierra Bancorp ("WSBA"), a bank holding company with four banking subsidiaries. WSBA was acquired by Umpqua Holdings ("UMPQ") in June 2006 for approximately $350 million. He also held the positions of Chief Credit Officer and Chief Operating Officer during his nine-year tenure at WSBA. During his tenure at WSNB, the Independent Community Bankers Association ranked it as a "Top 20" bank, nationally, for both ROE and ROA, from 2003 to 2006.

Roy Malone

Roy Malone. Roy Malone has over 17 years of experience in banking and finance. Prior to joining the Bank, Mr. Malone was President and Owner of Epic Capital, a real estate and construction lending company, from April 2007. Epic Capital was a lending company serving the greater Sacramento market.

Mr. Malone was Senior Vice President, Builder Services Group Manager at Umpqua Bank in Folsom, California, from June 2006 to December 2006. Mr. Malone was responsible for the management and integration of the real estate lending group during the merger between Umpqua Bank and Western Sierra Bank.

Chief Credit Officer
Carol Corsetti

Carol Corsetti. Prior to joining the Bank, Ms. Corsetti served as Vice President, Commercial Real Estate Loan Officer at Pacific National Bank in Sacramento, California, starting in June 2007. She was responsible for soliciting and servicing a variety of commercial construction real estate loans.

From March to June 2007, Ms. Corsetti was Senior Vice President, Relationship Manager at Umpqua Bank in Roseville, California. She handled a variety of projects including commercial, industrial, office, warehouse, and subdivision financing. Ms. Corsetti was responsible for the risk management, renewal turnover and compliance of an assigned loan portfolio of $102 million.

Chief Technology and Operations Officer
Harry Gunsallus

Harry Gunsallus. Prior to joining the Bank, Mr. Gunsallus was Chief Information Officer with Placer Sierra Bank in Auburn, California, from April 2004 to December 2007. During this period the bank conducted its initial public offering and acquired three other financial institutions before being sold to Wells Fargo Bank in June 2007. During his tenure, he led the IT systems integration of the three acquired banks and also assisted in the Bank's Sarbanes-Oxley compliance in addition to managing the day-to-day operations of all technology environments.

Colleen Mahaffey

Colleen Mahaffey. Prior to joining the Bank, Ms. Mahaffey served as Senior Vice President of Umpqua Bank, which purchased Western Sierra Bank. In addition to her duties at Western Sierra Bank, she was responsible for corporate cash management and sales for the state of California. From June 2001 until June 2006, Ms. Mahaffey was Regional Vice President, Corporate Cash Management and Sales for Western Sierra Bank. She handled a deposit portfolio of in excess of a $100 million. She was responsible for building a Corporate Cash Management division, including designing all related systems.

Jeff Kay

John Kay has 38 years of experience in banking and finance, 30 years of which have been in the Sacramento market. Prior to joining Golden Pacific Bank, Mr. Kay was Senior Vice President and Market Manager at Bridge Bank, where he managed the opening and growth of the first business banking office in the Sacramento region for Bridge, a nationally chartered, publicly traded, middle market business bank headquartered in San Jose, CA. Before joining Bridge Bank, he was Senior Vice President and Relationship Manager with Comerica Bank in Sacramento.

Benson Louie

Benson Louie has over 21 years of experience in designing and programming accounting systems for financial institutions. Prior to joining the Bank, Mr. Louie was a Vice President/Systems Manager at Umpqua Bank, where he managed the systems for the cash management department in California; oversaw the Corporate Internet Banking group for California; and designed, developed and programmed various computer accounting applications.
