Prior to WSNB, Mr. Dowdell held management positions at Commerce Security Bank (acquired by Zion's Bank in 1996), Xerox Credit Corporation and The Coca-Cola Company.

Mr. Dowdell holds Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Science degrees from the University of Southern California and a Master's degree in Banking from Louisiana State University. He is also a member of The Salvation Army Advisory Board, St. Michael's Episcopal Day School Board of Trustee, and Sacramento Rotary Club, and has served as the President of the Sutter Club.

From June 1995 to May 2006, Mr. Malone was Senior Vice President, Mortgage Division Manager at Western Sierra Bank in Folsom, California. Mr. Malone was responsible for managing all aspects of mortgage banking and construction lending functions for the $1.3 billion bank including origination and lending officers, processing and underwriting, loan documentation and loan funding, secondary marketing, servicing and pipeline management, and compliance and quality assurance.

From May 1991 to May 1995, Mr. Malone co-owned Stratus Financial, Inc., of Cameron Park, California. Stratus Financial, Inc., was a two-office mortgage brokerage company specializing in first-time homebuyers and financing for low to moderate income households. The company was purchased by Western Sierra Bank in May 1995.

Mr. Malone earned a Bachelor's degree in Business with a concentration in Real Estate and Land Use, from California State University, Sacramento. He attended the Sheshunoff Executive Banking Institute from 2004 to 2005. He is also an alumnus of the Sacramento Entrepreneur Academy and a licensed California real estate broker.

From June 2006 to March 2007, Ms. Corsetti was Senior Vice President, Credit Administrator at Umpqua Bank. She reviewed credit recommendations for accuracy and coached the lending staff in the development of complete, accurate, and well-structured credit recommendations. Ms. Corsetti had a $2.5 million loan authority and assisted with the underwriting and loan structuring of C&I loans and commercial real estate loans, including single family construction loans, guidance lines of credit, and complex commercial real estate credits. Ms. Corsetti also assisted with the restructuring of credits and assisted line personnel with overall credit quality insuring adequate risk rating.

From September 2002 to June 2006, Ms. Corsetti was Vice President, Credit Administrator of Commercial Real Estate at Western Sierra Bancorp. In that role she acted as the second-in-command for all credit-related matters for the bank, filling in as acting Chief Credit Officer when the CCO was unavailable or out of town. She assisted the Chief Credit Officer in monitoring the credit quality and loan control needs of the Bank. She was responsible for acting as "gatekeeper" to the board of directors loan committee, reviewing all proposals prior to formal submission, providing direction and advice to submitting loan officers. She was responsible for the analysis, underwriting, and maintenance of incoming participation files. Ms. Corsetti assisted with the underwriting of complex commercial real estate credits, including property analysis, collateral issues and values, interpreting and evaluation financial statements, cash flow analysis, and loan structuring. She managed and provided training and development to five credit analysts. Ms. Corsetti maintained a lending authority of $1.5 million and attended loan committee meetings to support loan officers and represent credit administration.

From 1972 to 2002, Ms. Corsetti held numerous credit-related positions with a number of banks, including Redding Bank of Commerce, Heller First Capital, River City Bank, WestAmerica Bank and Security Pacific National Bank.

From 2002 to 2004, Mr. Gunsallus was Chief Information Officer for Hawaii State Federal Credit Union, a Honolulu-based credit union with more than $1.5 billion in assets. Mr. Gunsallus was responsible for the management of three diverse areas consisting of member services, the card division, and IT.

Mr. Gunsallus was Vice President, Systems Director for more than 12 years with Bank of America in Phoenix, Arizona (1986—1997), and Bank of America in San Francisco, California (1997—1999).

From 1999 to 2002, Mr. Gunsallus was General Manager, and to this day remains part-owner, of Maui Air Conditioning LTD in Maui, Hawaii.

Mr. Gunsallus is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer; Certified Network Engineer and Designer and MCSE; Certified Project Manager ("PMP"); Certified Information Security Manager ("ISACA"); Certified VoIP and MPLS Design Engineer, Verizon Business; and has a Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Management from Ashford University.

From 1996 until 2001, Ms. Mahaffey was Vice President, Corporate Cash Management for El Dorado Bank, which purchased Commerce Security Bank. In addition to her duties at Commerce Security Bank, Ms. Mahaffey implemented the cash management across all bank branches in California. She also assembled a statewide Corporate Cash Management sales team as well as branch operations for Northern California.

From 1992 until 1996, Ms. Mahaffey was Vice President, Corporate Cash Management, Commerce Security Bank. She handled a deposit portfolio of more than $300 million. She also built a corporate cash management division, including designing all related systems as well as overseeing the development of a lockbox system.

From 1982 to 1992, Ms. Mahaffey held numerous positions, including President, with Sunrise Cash Management. She supervised escrow accounting and was responsible for a deposit flow in excess of $4.6 million a year as well as all related bank services.

Prior to Comerica's acquisition of Imperial Bank, Mr. Kay was a Senior Vice President and Commercial Loan Officer with Imperial Bank in Sacramento. Mr. Kay also launched the business banking division of Commerce Security Bank, a Sacramento community bank, and served as its Executive Vice President and Senior Credit Officer.

Mr. Kay began his banking career with United California Bank, which became First Interstate Bank. He served as a National Division lending officer and correspondent banker out of First Interstate's world headquarters in Los Angeles.

Mr. Kay holds a J.D. from the McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento and is a member of the California State Bar. He holds an M.B.A. and a Bachelor's degree from California State University, Fullerton. He has taught management, banking, finance and law courses at Golden Gate University and at California State University, Sacramento. Mr. Kay is also a licensed real estate broker.

In June 2001 Mr. Louie joined Western Sierra Bank's Cash Management Division to design and implement the Management Information Trust Accounting System (MITAS), a computerized accounting and reporting system used for sub accounting, lockbox, bank reconciliation and positive pay services offered by the division. In July 2002 Mr. Louie was promoted to Chief Information Officer with Western Sierra Bancorp. In this position, he oversaw the computer operations of Western Sierra Bancorp and its subsidiary banks. In 2006 Western Sierra Bank merged with Umpqua Bank.

Prior to June of 2001, Mr. Louie was Vice President, System Manager for the Cash Management Department of El Dorado Bank (acquired by California Bank & Trust in 1996). During his employment he designed and implemented the bank's trust account system used for sub-accounting, lockbox processing and bank reconciliation.

Mr. Louie holds a Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems from California State University, Sacramento.
